When all you need is to hit the refresh button, a quick massage will set you straight. This service is tailored to a focal point of your choosing to allow precise treatment with optimal results
Cancellation Policy
To ensure I’m able to best service all of my amazing clients, a 50% nonrefundable cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancelling within the 48-hour window from the scheduled appointment. This may be transferrable to a reschedule date at my discretion. In the event of tardiness, after 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time I will send a check-in text/email/message. If no correspondence is made by the client by end-of-day, the appointment will be marked as a no-call, no-show. All no-call, no-show clients will be immediately blocked from future bookings. This fee does not include client retainer fees. All first-time clients will be charged a 50% retainer fee; in the event this fee was not collected at time of booking, it will be collected the day of the scheduled appointment. Your retainer will apply to the service total. First-time clients may only reschedule once, during which the retainer will be transferred to the new appointment slot. After the first reschedule, the retainer is forfeited and a new retainer will be required to reschedule. Any new client rescheduling more than twice will be blocked from future bookings. All sales are final and nonrefundable. I am willing to be lenient in the event of emergencies, I only ask for communication to be open and clear to allow me to manage my business as successfully as possible!
